Design Notes

For the design of this composite part, we needed to choose an IPTG-induced promoter.


Source

The trc promoter originates from Nostoc oryzae TAU-MAC 2710. The LuxR gene that was used in this part originates from Vibrio fischeri. The terminator of this composite part originates from Synechocystis sp.
